In partnership with our recruiting team, we were ready to refresh our old careers landing page and showcase a brand new recruiting video, more robust job description content, in addition to introducing our updated brand values. In the end, we launched with a page driven by team member survey data that helped inform and inspire the page's warm and inviting look and feel, while highlighting some of the key aspects that led them to apply. The number of applicants increased by 30% after the launch of the page, which ultimately ended up helping Philz better even more days for their customers.
